Parasollen, Denmark’s leading network for holiday home funds, hosted a conference in Middelfart. Our two Danish colleagues, Trine and Malene, were there and met many representatives from various holiday funds and other interested parties.
We are familiar with the issues that holiday funds have been facing for some time regarding their holiday homes in Berlin. Holiday funds are now frequently receiving letters from Berlin authorities urging them to sell their holiday homes, as Berlin no longer permits this use for members of holiday funds. (Flats used as holiday homes are to be sold or let exclusively for permanent, open-ended residential purposes.) Thanks to our many years of experience in the Berlin property market, Trine and Malene were able to provide detailed advice on this matter and also make new contacts. 
We have already been provisionally booked for the next Parasollen Congress in 2027.
