The IIB Institute also evaluated the work of 27,934 brokers in 2025. Based on the criteria of qualification, process quality, exposé, contract and service, 815 brokers were identified who achieved a good or very good rating.
The answers to questions such as: ‘What qualifications and professional experience do you have? Are the costs of the service transparent? How quickly are enquiries answered? What additional services are offered (financing, valuation, energy performance certificate)?’ were analysed and rated using a points system.
