We still have around 20 apartments with 2-6 rooms available, all with balconies and panoramic views over the rooftops of Neukölln. The architects have opted for an ecological living concept with a focus on energy efficiency and environmental protection. Only the most modern materials are used, and the construction is based on sustainable solid wood construction.
The exterior façade has now been dismantled and the interior work is in full swing. The first owners or tenants will be able to move in at the end of December 2025. An apartment in #Mayrooftop is also a good investment. By the way, we sell commission-free!
